Gauci Decorating has worked for the Trust over the last two years. During this time, they have undertaken external decoration work on some of Cheshire’s finest historic buildings, including several elevations at Dunham Massey Hall, a Grade I listed mansion using historical paint coatings. The nature of this work requires a high degree of integrity, as all the work is undertaken whilst the property is open to the public. Engagement with Trust staff, volunteers and the public are paramount when working at Dunham, particularly as it is one of the Trust’s busiest properties.

Gauci Decorating standard of workmanship is excellent, which coincides with their eagerness to carry out work correctly, particularly where preparation is concerned. They also undertake both internal and external decoration for the Trust on its tenanted farms and cottages. We have had excellent feedback from tenants, saying they are tidy, polite and shows a high standard of workmanship.
